Posted to the web 13 August 2008 Abakaliki GOVERNOR Martin Elechi has set aside a pool of fund in the bank for bursary allowance to Ebonyi students in the tertiary institutions in the country. Governor Elechi made the disclosure in Abakaliki yesterday on the occasion of the International Youth Day celebration, regretting that the delay in disbursing the fund was caused by the inability of the National Association of Ebonyi Students to forward authenticated list of Ebonyi students in various tertiary institutions in the country.
