(PINKSHEETS: DGMS) has completed the sale of three of its Harrington's Acquisitions Inc.'s pharmacies, two located in Dallas, Texas, and one located in Ft. Meyers, Florida, to Executive Health Care of Wyoming. digiMedical is not selling the Company's proprietary digital prescription handling software.
