Will 'Steered Staight' Prevent Teen Car Accidents?

I'll never forget the day I was driving my '76 Buick Century down Hillsboro Rd. in Nashville, TN, blasting G&R's "Sweet Child of Mine" as loud as I possibly could. Of course, I was smoking a cig, and not really paying attention the cars slowing down in front of me...until I smacked into one. Amazingly there was no substantive damage to their car, and well, I was basically driving a rusted white tank so any new dents or scratches just added to the car's character. Since no insurance cards were exchanged, and everyone walked away in tact, I didn't bother telling my parents about the accident.
