"New Hampshire residents, like Americans everywhere, have come to realize the importance of accessing domestic supply," said Steve Dodge, associate director of the New England Petroleum Council. "For years, they have relied on easily-accessible sources of oil and natural gas to run their cars, heat their homes and cook their food -- but the current situation is making everyday energy use a difficult proposition for many in the Granite state.
