S&P Appoints David Jacob Executive Managing Director and Head of Structured Finance Ratings NEW YORK, Aug. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Standard & Poor's today announced the appointment of David Jacob as Executive Managing Director and Head of Structured Finance Ratings. He will report to Vickie Tillman, Executive Vice President, Standard & Poor's Ratings Services. A pioneer in the securitization industry, Mr. Jacob brings 25 years of experience in fixed income investment analysis and the structured finance markets.
