Paraguay's prez won't wear tie at his inauguration

Paraguay's president-elect says he'll wear a suit but no tie at his inauguration on Friday. Fernando Lugo says he wants "to keep dressing modestly" as president. Lugo is a former Catholic bishop who still wears the same kind of Franciscan sandals he wore as a priest before entering politics. He has not said whether he'll be wearing sandals at the formal swearing-in ceremony. Also unclear is how foreign dignitaries will adjust to Lugo's casual attire.
