LITTLETON, Colo. - Voice and data services provider Tw Telecom Inc. moved to a profit Monday, up from a year-ago loss as data and Internet service revenue grew sharply. The company earned $699,000, or a breakeven per share, up from a loss of $9.6 million, or 7 cents per share, in the same period a year earlier. Revenue rose 8 percent to $290.2 million from $268 million. Analysts, on average, were expecting a profit of a penny per share on revenue of $289.7 million, according to a poll by Thomson Financial. Data and Internet service revenue grew 24 percent during the quarter to $97.3 million, while network services revenue edged up just 1 percent to $98.8 million.
