Jordan's King Abdullah II held talks with Iraq's prime minister after arriving in Baghdad on an unannounced visit Monday, the first by an Arab head of state since the 2003 U.S.-led invasion toppled Saddam Hussein. Abdullah had "frank and positive talks" with Nouri al-Maliki on relations between the two countries, the Iraqi government said in a statement.
