Tsvangirai Says Zimbabwe Has `No Future' Except Through Negotiations With Mugabe Government By TODD PITMAN Associated Press Writer DAKAR, Senegal July 31, 2008 (AP) The leader of Zimbabwe's opposition said Thursday he has faith in political talks with President Robert Mugabe's government, saying negotiations are the only way to end a crisis that has brought his nation "to its knees." Morgan Tsvangirai spoke to reporters in Senegal's capital, where he met with Senegalese President Abdoulaye Wade and urged him to help find a peaceful settlement in Zimbabwe's violent political stalemate. Tsvangirai said there are obstacles in the power-sharing negotiations that began last week with Mugabe's government, without offering any details, but he also said he was "fairly satisfied" with progress and indicated the sessions might continue...
