Beach Party at Hanover Raceway

Hanover Raceway will interrupt its races on Saturday night to show the 1.1 million dollar final of the Meadowlands Pace. Somebeachsomewhere, will try and extend his unbeaten streak to 11 races in Saturday nights final at about 10:20pm. The 3 year old Truro, Nova Scotia horse has earned 1.66 million dollars for Schooner Stables, and will surpass the 2 million dollar mark if he wins on Saturday night. Meadowlands Raceway spokesperson Bob Heyden compared Somebeachsomewhere's success to that of Thoroughbred great Secretariat. Secretariat won the Triple Crown in 1973 including the Belmont stakes by 30 lengths, and set track records at each stop on his quest. Harness Fans are enjoying 2 great streaks right now.
