The agreement of posting the 11 commitments in packages of DHL Express firm, circulating countrywide, shall be explained this Tuesday here at a press conference on the launching of the partnership between UNICEF and DHL in favour of children.

According to a press release of UNICEF delivered to ANGOP, the meeting shall also be used to announce the measures to be implemented for the promotion of the Government's 11 commitments for children approved during the 3rd National Children Forum in Luanda, in June 2004.

The document states that due to the obligation to grant more visibility to the commitments, there is a need to intensify the effective participation of every effort of the society for the improvement of the situation of children in Angola.

The chairperson of the National Children's Council, João Baptista Kussumua, the UNICEF representative to Angola, Angela Kearney, the director general of DHL Express, Mário Pone, journalists and other members of the society will attend the event.
