A faith-based media group Christian Media Center has called for a review of Liberia-Libya diplomatic relations in the face of the startling revelations by former president, Moses Blah that Libya trained and financed the rebels of the National Patriotic Front of Liberia in 1989.
In a letter to President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, Christian Media Center says it wants the government to begin the full-scale investigation into former president Blah's testimony to establish the legal framework that would hold the Arab Socialist Republic of Libya accountable for her cruelty against Liberians.
The faith-based media group says the scale of poverty, destitution and the level of trauma individual Liberians are going through because of the war is indescribable. Christian Media Center says Libya is directly responsible for the deaths of over three hundred and fifty thousand Liberians and the displacement of over a million some of whom are still languishing in refugee camps.
The Media Center also estimated that over twenty billion US dollars worth of public and private properties got damaged in the war that brought Liberia to its knees.
Christian Media Center Emphasized that the looting of Liberia's natural resources during the war cannot be quantified. The faith based media group wants justice for the victims of the Libya supported war.
The Media Center says former President Blah's testimony has identified Libya as Liberia's arch-enemy and therefore wants all countries associated with giving support to NPFL and other warring parties in the Liberian Civil Conflict to be made to account for their mischief against Liberia.

Meanwhile, Christian Media Center is calling for full security protection for former president, Moses Blah and his family members. The media center says former president Blah's testimony will provide a lead way into getting the true picture of the Liberia Civil Conflict.
