I disagree fundamentally....the only way you can buttress that is with
a "everything is just ducky" high earnings multiples model, which just
won't cut it in the REAL world of high commodities/costs back drop.

I don't see how they can make this work, looking at the numbers.
I think this is a REALLY dumb move at a REALLY BAD time.
Another thought: less loose bucks, less suds bought, higher costs
to produce, lower bottom line, stinky balance sheet, red faces at
the board meetings, several execs leave company....whoops, there it
is....
