ok so heres the deal...im deployed in Afghanistan for about 15 months and i want to pick up Body Building as not only a hobby but also a lifestyle. Because i figured that it would benifit my career in the Army. I would like to know what the best stack would be for converting fat into raw muscle! Money is no problem and NO STEROIDS. /Thanks

Stefan.. the best stack you can put in your body would be lots of good healthy food. After your workout, drink a shake with whey protein and a banana and honestly that's all you need. Although money may not be an issue, no need to waste your money. Muscle is produced by training hard in the gym and feeding your body the right nutrients. Check out the nutrition area of the forum.. lots of good info.. and before you jump into a crazy routine.. do a little reasearch in the training area.. it matters.. and not doing a good solid routine can greatly slow down your progress.. just as not having a good diet will.. Good luck in Afghanistan.. I don't envy you...
