Islamabad (PTI): Pakistan Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani and PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari on Friday visited the headquarters of the powerful Inter-Services Intelligence agency where they were briefed on the internal security situation and the war on terror.

Gilani and Zardari went to the ISI's headquarters here with Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Rehman Malik, the Advisor to the Prime Minister on Interior Affairs.

Pakistan People's Party spokesman Farhatullah Babar said the top leadership was briefed on the security situation.

Local TV news channels said the briefing focused on the internal security situation and the war on terror.
