AUCTION bidders worldwide can now help the work of a hospice charity based in the borough.
Starting this month, any valuable or unusual items donated to Harris HospisCare will be auctioned on eBay using WorldwideAuctions.org, based in Willow Walk, Orpington.
It is hoped selling items on the web will bring in extra cash for the charity.
WorldwideAuctions.org director James Bermingham said: "Selling such items using the worldwide marketplace of eBay means they can be sold quickly and for the best possible prices."
The first sale under the new system saw the charity receive £255 for a set of First World War medals.
