Greenlight Capital Re to Host First Investor Meeting on June 3, 2008

Greenlight Capital Re, (News) Ltd. (NASDAQ: GLRE), a specialty property and casualty reinsurer based in the Cayman Islands, will hold its first investor meeting on Tuesday, June 3, 2008 in New York City. The event will take place at the Scandinavia House located at 58 Park Avenue beginning at 4 p.m. ET.

Presentations will be given by Chief Executive Officer Len Goldberg, Chairman David Einhorn, and members of the executive management team. John Andre, Group Vice President, Property and Casualty Ratings at A.M. Best, will also be on hand to provide his views of the insurance marketplace. The meeting will include a question and answer session with a cocktail reception to follow.

Coming up on our one year mark as a public company, we look forward to our first investor meeting and to updating current and prospective investors on our business progress and financial performance,“ said Goldberg.
