Roma fans banned from last game

ROME: AS Roma fans will be banned from the Serie A title at Catania this weekend because of fears they could incite riots.

Italy's Interior Ministry said Inter Milan fans will be allowed to travel to Parma in the last round of the season.

To take the title, Roma needs to win and Inter Milan needs to lose. Catania and Parma will play to avoid relegation to Serie B.

Last year, authorities banned Catania fans from attending home games for several months after a policeman was killed in rioting by fans.
