Circuit City considers take over bid from Blockbuster

The largest shareholder of Blockbuster, billionaire investor Carl Icahn sent a letter to Circuit City that said that if Blockbuster is unable to get the bid of Circuit City, he will himself get the finance to buy it.
The share of Circuit city went up by 28 cents to reach $5.07 after the company announced considering the take over bid from Blockbuster and the stocks of Blockbuster fell by 2 cents to $2.66.
