Bank of Finland BANK OF FINLAND Press release number 18 28 April 2008 Bank of Finland sells former Turku regional office property The Bank of Finland has sold the property, in which the recently-closed Turku regional office operated, to the Turku real estate company Kansallisasunnot Oy. The Linnankatu 20 facilities, built in 1914, were the site of the Bank of Finland's Turku operations until closure on 31 December 2007. Kansallisasunnot Oy is a family enterprise owned by Martti and Markku Paju. The company is in the business of rental accommodation and currently owns property in 28 municipalities throughout Finland. Kansallisasunnot Oy has acquired the Bank of Finland's property as the new location for its offices; the remaining space will mainly become rental accommodation.
