The Bulgarian minister of European affairs Gergana Gruncharova will be a special guest at the opening of the second international conference of the Pan-European union in Prizren, Kosovo.
Gergana Gruncharova will meet the president of Kosovo Fatmir Sejdiu.
Later she will meet Murcel Halili, chairman of the Gorani civil initiative in Kosovo.
