Published Date: 23 April 2008
HOUSEBUILDING group Gladedale has unveiled details of a £30 million scheme to provide new housing in Dunbartonshire.
The plans for 150 new homes across two developments form part of the company's ambitious growth strategy north of the Border.

The projects are located at the former site of Diamond Power in Dumbarton and the former Duntocher Hotel on Dumbarton Road. The new homes at Diamond Power have allowed the boiler specialist to move to a newly- renovated facility in Vale of Leven Industrial Estate.

Crawford Copstick, managing director of Gladedale (Central Scotland), said: “There is a continuing demand for quality housing in Dunbartonshire and we worked with the council to help to meet this need.”
