More racist Planned Parenthood clinics exposed
I’ve written several times before about Lila Rose’s pioneering undercover journalism. If left-wing reporters are going to use their positions to engineer bigotry stings, then there’s most certainly room for independent journalists to expose racism where the Left doesn’t want to go. In February, Rose released undercover tapes of her discussion with an Idaho Planned Parenthood official eager to accept money from a racist donor who supported aborting black babies. Now, Rose is back with new video of PP clinic officials in New Mexico and Oklahoma willing to take money from a blatantly racist donor. One PP staffer openly admits that “for whatever reason, we’ll accept the money.”
Sympathy for eugenics isn’t just an aberrent occurrence. It’s embedded in the historical DNA of Planned Parenthood. Margaret Sanger would be so proud.
Watch:
From a press release on the new video:
“This new video demonstrates a disturbing trend of racism at Planned Parenthood,” said Lila Rose, editor of The Advocate. “Planned Parenthood has no shame in accepting donations intended to purposely abort minority populations. People have forgotten the organization was founded on these principles and has continued to operate under these same racist views for decades.”
Irene Gray of Planned Parenthood in Albuquerque, New Mexico took the call from O’Keefe last summer when he wanted to make a donation to abort a black baby. In sympathetic tones, Gray_ replied “yes, yes, it’s a strange time for sure” to the caller’s rant about affirmative action and how there is a need for less black people because they compete with whites for admission to schools.
When asked if the organization takes donations specifically to abort black babies, another Planned Parenthood staffer from Tulsa Susan Riggs answered, “We can definitely designate it for an African-American.”
“Clearly, Planned Parenthood has absolutely no shame in using funds to target and abort black children from racist donors. It’s a jolting reminder that abortion is a big business, regardless of what the politicians and the special interest groups say and given that Planned Parenthood receives over $300 million in federal funding every year, it’s time Congress investigate these extremely disturbing business practices,” continued Rose. “Planned Parenthood must be held accountable for their actions. No one is calling them out - including supposedly minority civil rights groups like the ACLU and NAACP - for their despicable actions.”
Rose’s LA Advocate website is here.

Ugh. No excuse for this. I hope these PP employees are fired.
Obama knows that Planned Parenthood is there to stop people from being punished with children.
Note to Obama: Hell is hot!
Rusty, if you find this so offensive, why do you keep supporting the politicians that prop them up?
Waiting for the ACLU and NAACP to denounce PP for blatant racism in 3…2…1…
(chirp…chirp)
The employee may have said it, but it was not true. Planned Parenthood does not have separate pools of money to fund abortions for black or white women.
The Republican party on the other hand, does allocate money specifically to reduce black voter turnout.
Dems and their umbrella organizations and self-help groups to PP: There, there, it’s okay. We’ve done it a lot too, and it’s hypocritical but don’t worry, as long as we keep leading the minority sheep to the trough of socialism and dependency, they’ll forgive us. We promise!”
Now, if only I could draw this conversation into a comic strip…
Um, because I am pro-choice and I think Planned Parenthood provides important services to their communities.
I am disappointed that PP is shooting the messenger and obviously disgusted that there are people willing to accept money from people presenting themselves as eugenicists.
PP needs to make it very clear that accepting money from these people is totally unacceptable.
Can you prove that, littlegirlyman
LGM, I’m always with you in abortion debates, but simply saying “Republicans are bad too” doesn’t cut it. This is pretty startling and PP needs to do a better job of preventing this sort of thing.
Here is the part where I beg all of you to:
I G N O R E
H I M
We all know he is a liar and is just here to get a rise out of us. Don’t give him the power.
The more people fimd out about PP, the more they will know just how evil it is. Sadly, most people will keep their heads buried in the sand.
You know this how? I guess your knowledge comes from a) personal patronage, b) MSM talking points, or c) Financial Expendature Report that PP gives out to its members and donors.
This comment really speaks for itself. You know this how? Have you been speaking to ACORN again? Perhaps, you’ve been working with ACORN to bring dead people back to life, too, right?
Then again, to Dems, any vote (even that of a dead person, criminal, or perpetrated by fraud) is still a vote that needs to be counted.
Interesting. lgm and Rusty usually agree.
ridiculousobesenincompoop.
This is fun!
I like Ron’s better. It’s funny.
MM, thank you for encapsulating what so many of us in the Pro-Life movement have been saying for such a long time.
If only the MSM would wake up, for once, and look at this issue with the same objectivity which you have displayed within this single paragraph, then maybe the truth would come out about the correlation between eugenics and abortion in general, let alone PP’s involvement.
lgm - Whether or not you know that to be true, PP should not be supporting this by eagerly accepting these donations. I get what you’re saying - any of those PP employees may have just lied and planned all along to put the money in a general abortion fund. But, the fact of the matter is that they listened to a racist man tell them he wanted to give them money to kill black babies because he thinks there are too many black people and PP did not let him know that he was making despicable comments. They should have hung up on him.
Well, what can you expect from a “non-profit” organization that makes millions taking innocent lives?
Do you have something against obese people Rusty?
How sad.
Soap:
I read about your health problem on another thread and just want to say I’m glad you’re feeling better! It runs in both sides of my family, so I’m no stranger to the physical and emotional toll it can take on a person and their family.
My very best to you and yours!
Who the trolls are out in force on this one! Kind of like a fat kid on a donut. Great comment Ron Rockstar #9. LOL!
Sorry it took me so long to post on this one. I was busy donating my money for the allocation to “specifically to reduce black voter turnout.”
/sarcasm
I know this news about racism at Planned Parenthood can’t be too surprising to anyone on here.
It’s not like they are a beacon of high moral standards in society.
Rusty said..
because it breaks his heart to see poor little kids in the getto, this way, he doesn’t have to see them at all..
Thanks DBN,
It ticks me off to the ‘nth degree when someone uses a blanket statement like “the gooberment does not want you dropping dead from cancer” when they have no idea what they are talking about. The private sector has done the best cancer research bar none - including our gooberment. The gooberment wanted to make sure I made my tax payments while I was undergoing treatment not that I was going to survive.
Riiiiggghhttt.. the employee at PP doesn’t know what they are talking about..
most of the time i’ll read and listen to other people views without saying anything or poke some fun at it like I did with Rusty..
but this is the stupidest statement I have read in a long time.. and I’ve been online for the last 10 years..
do you have to eat many paint chips to get that stupid or huff too much model glue? You really should sue your school for failure to do it’s job and bring in that quote for proof..
you might even be awarded a million dollars or two.. (that means, a lotta money)
DaveC,
You do know he is a teacher - right? Our poor kids.
He’s a music teacher, so there isn’t much harm he can do there. Now if he were teaching ethics…
Agreed. Could you please explain this to Salt and any other like-minded conservatives who find troll blather appealing and thought-provoking?
PP may offer “services” but I beg a question to all the liberals out there: have you actually been to a PP clinic? I went to one in Binghamton, NY and I hated the place. This is when I should have listened to my mother and let a caring doctor do my first papsmear. Instead, I had a cold, female doctor do the procedure and it scared the living daylights out of me. I would never wish this kind of experience for any young woman (insured or uninsured).
At one time, I got my birth control pills from them too but it’s no deal. You still have to pay a “fee” to get birth control. It’s no better than any copay. People are under the impression that PP clinics are “free,” well they’re not if they’re distributing birth control pills.
Personally, I don’t think PP gives a crap about women or their choices. When I visited the Binghamton clinic, I saw a lot of scared girls and their discomfort was very real. They may talk a good game but women are just living specimens to them, unlike their babies.
To this day, thinking about that clinic still makes my skin crawl…
While this certainly sounds vile, I’m not sure that I have a problem with it as long as they’re allowed to be in the abortion business. They’re already doing abortions on black women. I don’t think that the donor was suggesting kidnapping a black womon and aborting a baby that she wanted. Of course the donor was obviously a bigot.
Of course they’ll take money from a bigot. They regularly engage in killing babies. It is abortion itself that is vile to me. The manner in which it is funded is inconsequential. Those of us against abortion think that they shouldn’t be doing it at all.
one case I would support the kids rising up in a rebellion

hate to think of what he did in Band Camp..
Soap, 30pcs et al:
Am I mistaken or up to now was one not able to link to lgm’s website by clicking on his screenname?
I just noticed that that there is no longer a link.
On the other hand, one can still link to the website of the other of our mature, serious co-posters who provides us with amusement.
I thought Math was lgm’s subject, if I remember what was on his webpage correctly. But, he removed that link a while back.
granite,
to be honest, it’s been a while since I last visited his site. No, actually, I’ve only clicked on his name once and that was a long time ago. So, I am not sure when things changed.
It was a couple of months ago that he removed the link.
His link is gone and he might be a math teacher. I say might because I question his ability to get 2+2 right. You have read his posts - right?
While we are on the subject of trolls, how about you trolls go over to “The Two Michelles” thread and congratulate her?
not.holding.breath
Many PPs are in black neighborhoods. Gee, wonder why.
Doh! Gotta love that Rusty. What can you say about a person that denounces racists, yet has no problem calling someone obese.
Got to disagree with you on this one. I would really prefer that my tax dollars NOT go to funding abortion.
Private donations, on the other hand, yes I agree with you wholeheartedly.
To everybody else:
I’ve had some interesting back-and-forth in the past (believe it or not) with both lgm and Rusty. At that time, if you engaged them both long enough, you could get some interesting discussions going and on occasion get them to admit that they were wrong about something. However, I had a fairly lengthy hiatus from being able to post (health problems and extended hospital stays - good luck Soap and hope you have insurance that is as good as mine) and it seems that since I’ve come back both lgm and Rusty have basically just turned into average, garden-variety trolls.
So I’ve got to agree with Soap on this one:
Ignore them.
Well, since we are changing the subject, we all know that liberals are the friends of blacks and would never to anything to hurt them or disenfranchise them, right? Just those nasty Republicans….
Let’s be particular and recent: in Massachusetts, what about Former Speaker of the Massachusetts House of Representatives Thomas Finneran being charged with perjury and obstruction of justice related to his testimony in a federal voting rights case in which racial gerrymandering was alleged by the plaintiffs?
At the heart of that lawsuit it was alleged that the 2001 state statute drew new legislative district boundaries discriminated against black and minority voters in Boston and deprived them of an equal opportunity to vote. In particular, the lawsuit alleged that Finneran and other legislators engaged in “racial gerrymandering” to protect incumbent (read that “white”) legislators.
So a white legislator (more powerful than the then Republican governor due to the veto proof majority) conspired to disenfranchise black voters by gerrymandering their districts such that the white Democrat could keep his likewise white buddies in hack positions.
FYI: it stopped being “alleged” when he pleaded guilty. Now he’s a felon. He paid a $25,000 fine. He lost his job.
But in the fine Democrat state of Mass, his severance package is four times as large as his fine, and he already has a new job at WRKO, his own talk show.
But I digress.
But back to PP: why is it so easy to get repeated instances of their acceptance of racism? Whether they actually do with it as they promise (you assert they do not), are they not encouraging racist thought is legitimate racists that call and stipulate donations for racist activities? The PP reps didn’t seem to be too surprised by this, and you can’t claim that Republican, the far right, the ghost of Jerry Falwell, or whatever other conservative demons you can conjure up are doing it, inasmuch as all of them to a person despise PP. So it has to be Dems and other liberals, practically by definition.
So the best you can say is that PP is outright lying to accept money, and by doing so, giving tacit approval to racists that donate said monies, or, at worst, actually do what they promise.
There is an upside to this? And this is before you even consider the mass murder of babies for the purposes of convenience!
I believe in choice too, but the choice begins BEFORE conception. After that, it is the murder of a genetically unique being, not simply some tissue.

Aha!
I thought so!
Hmmm…the link was removed…perhaps around the same time some of us became wise to the “material” proudly discussed at the website of lgm’s comedy tag-team partner, and shared our knowledge with other posters here?
Maybe lgm did not want to see some of his postings at a PUBLIC website discussed elsewhere?
Barry F., I also seem to remember that math was that individual’s subject.
Regarding lgm, he is a math teacher. I don’t know why he took his link down but here it is in case you want to see a picture of the goober.
#40 Dimsdale:
Excellent post.
Was not Finneran attorney general of Massachusetts some years back?
Well, I recall him stating that he was a music teacher. Now he is a math teacher. hmmmmmm.
It’s been awhile but a few of us were poking fun at him by using musical terminology instead of everyday words.

Yep.
Looks familiar.
Thanks.
At least it says “Family Functions”, and not “Bodily Functions”.
Thank God for that, as the Brits say.
It boggles the mind.
I watched the video again and idiots can come up with Republicans use funds to block blacks from voting.
Nada about how vile the subject matter is.
Fact: We can get funding from PP if we teach mothers in Haiti that abortion is an option.
We would rather burn in hell before we accept a dollar from PP!
If I called every single GOP county office and asked to make a donation specifically to be used in suppressing the black vote, I’m guessing that a large majority would say they won’t take donations for such a cause, but I am also guessing that a small handful would accept it.
I’m sure if I called the GOP racist for that, the bulk here would complain (to quote Soap):
However, it appears it is okay to make a blanket statement against PP under similar conditions.
Obviously, I had not perused his page that closely, when he had it linked before to notice that he teaches at NYU. Well, I guess that helps explain some of his leanings.
If lgm is a math teacher . . .
Then who WAS the troll that claimed to be a music teacher? I’m with 30 pcs of silver, I thought it was lgm that claimed that as his profession. Claimed that he taught music at his own private school, somewhere in Colorado if I remember correctly . . .
That’s correct! Thanks government drone. My memory hasn’t completely failed me.
I remember that, but I think that was a different guy. I remember that clown was so vocal about the Frost family. I think he called himself water… something - because I recall people calling him “water closet.”
This doesn’t particularly surprise me.
My mother was the director of the PP clinic in John Wesley Hospital (immediately east of the Harbor Freeway, in downtown LA) during the late 1960s through mid-1970s. This location served the Latino community of Barrio Logan and the African-American communities of South Central.
She was a “true believer”, and eventually advocated (admittedly, to my own knowledge, only privately) that if ‘they’ couldn’t control themselves, that contraceptive chemicals should be added to the water supplies serving those areas of L.A. to keep them from having babies.
I was responding to a silly ad hominem attack with another silly ad hominem attack.
I can’t believe how many people think abortion is some kind of plot to rid the world of black people. Abortion cuts across racial and socioeconomic lines.
And that’s all you really need to know about Planned Parenthood. I congratulate that staffer on his or her candor.
Planned Parenthood’s behavior in this instance is of a piece with its overall liberal philosophy of “Our good intentions justify any means.”
This “Just
windie, baby” attitude is the same as that exposed by an investigation in California, in which a woman pretending to be a 15 year-old girl pregnant by her boyfriend in his 20s called eight Planned Parenthood offices seeking help. In every instance (all of which were recorded), the Planned Parenthood staffer:1) Advised her to lie about her age so as to dodge the state law requiring parental notification; and
2) Did nothing to alert law enforcement authorities about the underlying commission of a crime (statutory rape).
Eight for Eight. That’s not “coincidence” or “loose cannon” behavior. It’s policy.
These people worship at the altar of prenatal infanticide; their gods demand human sacrifice. In this sense, they’re no more civilized than the Aztecs were, they’ve just traded in massive stone temples dedicated to mass slaughter for “clinics.”
And they deserve the same fate as the Aztecs. Would that I should live long enough to see it.
#47,
Until you have proof of wrongdoings, all you have are hypotheticals and speculation. We are discussing what actually occurred at an organization that was founded by a person who thought eugenics was the way to go. This is not a coincidence.

Ah ha! watershed!
#51 RaisedRight,
Watershed. Now I remember. I got my trolls mixed up. It could happen to anyone. You know what they say, they all look alike.
Where did you find a photo of lgm and Rusty together?! I knew they must be friends.
This is heartbreaking!!! I must be so naive. I can’t believe what I am hearing. I had no idea that this is what goes on.
God help us and forgive us. This is so sad and to think Obama spoke at PP and has made ridiculoous statements about unwanted pregnancies and abortions. Yet people are still supporting him. Amazing.
Thanks RaisedRight! I looked for that thread yesterday in the archives and never could find it. Wonder whatever happened to old watershed? He get banned while I was on hiatus?
Yep. And they all seem to be on the liberal side of the spectrum.
Which conservatives know and is just another reason why most conservatives oppose abortion.
Trolls here: 3 (so far)
Trolls at “The Two Michelles” thread to congratulate her: 0
Seems they can NEVER find time to thank her. It also seems that never miss a chance to put her down.
I may be many things but a troll I am not!
They should have put a condom on the banana that produced the person who utters such tripe.
It’s also okay for liberals like yourself to put your whole, kit and caboodle faith into an organization like PP, too, right? Have you ever been to one of their clinics? Do you have any personal experience? Or is it just mere, political myopia that has lead you to believe that “blanket statments” have been made about PP?
It’s interesting how die hard fans of PP will defend its right to tax dollar funds while it makes money off of abortions and birth control pills. You’re also assuming that young women get quality care at these “facilities” when they were created in the first place to “make your little problem go away.”
I don’t think so. His bio states as follows:
Thus reinforcing my contention that most politicians are failed lawyers out for the easy money. He took over the Speaker’s seat from the corrupt midget, Billy Bulger (whose brother is on the FBI’s most wanted list and is undoubtedly a Democrat).
Just for laughs, his bio also states:
Needless to say, it has not been updated… lol!
I have never put Mrs. Malkin down. I disagree with her on almost everything, but I think she’s an excellent writer. That’s why I read this site in the first place.
I didn’t click on that Two Michelles post until recently because the Michelle Obama stuff doesn’t interest me. But now seeing the post, I’ll congratulate her here. Having your words read into the record in the House is a pretty great accomplishment.
Soap,
I find it abhorrent what these PP employees did and sincerely wish that they are fired from their positions. However, I think it is unfair to give an anti-Obama tone to it…is he for a eugenic policy of eradicting blacks or is he for black power a la Rev. Wright?
Sorry not to applaud the blantant politicizing on the House floor. Maybe Congress should stick to legislation, and keep out of the election process.
Governmentdrone,
Please explain the connection of how knowing it cuts across racial and socioeconomic lines is a reason to oppose abortion.
Yes, it does. And it shouldn’t.
I can’t help but thinking of a not-too-old episode of “Law & Order”, where a pregnant security guard was hurt in a bombing. Turns out the actual target of the bomb was a biologist working to identify a “gay gene” in embryos.
In the episode, the Officer Green admonished a couple who aborted a child who was diagnosed as Downs while in utero. He was called on the carpet by his superior for being so judgmental.
When it was realized the identification of a “gay gene” could lead to gay children being aborted, the tone shifted and abortion was suddenly a bad, bad thing.
Regardless of the race of the child, the disability, the potential orientation, abortion takes a life and is wrong. Period.
But Sanger’s fondness for eugenics cannot - and should not - be denied or ignored in Planned Parenthood’s current operations. Or that a majority of Planned Parenthoods are located in areas populated with minorities.
And, just as abortion cuts across lines, so does being anti-abortion. Atheists, agnostics, secularists, Christians, Jews, Buddhists, Hindus, black, white, red, purple - there are people across all racial, religious, and socioeconomic lines who oppose abortion.
I think that Hillary would say, “Now thats just gotcha politics”.
Planned Parenthood’s new slogan:
Putting the Hood in Planned Parenthood
Gotta be the best troll picture of the day! Yay! I’m think I’ve become a bad influence on you, 30. This picture is my favorite.
emjem24,
Indeed this one definitely passes the muster. Hands down the best. Trolls of the past and present!!
It is safe to say nobody will ever read anything you write on the House floor then right?
HAHAHHHAAAAHAHAAAA Good one! How about just power since his charitable donations end up going mostly to “black” causes and, as we know, he is not prejudice.
/sarc off
I could not have put it better myself!
Yes and this wonderful organization - Care-net is setting up shop in these areas as well, to combat the damage PP is doing to young women. I wonder if I called them up and asked them to refer all of their black clients to PP, (I’d pay them!)if they would turn these women away? Methinks not.
Oh my, emjem! That one troll in the pic has offspring. So, they are still managing to reproduce.
Hehehehe…rubbing hands with glee.
Oh, Barry, now you’ve put that picture in my mind (reproduction)that I can’t get rid of. The horror! Be scared, be very scared.
Let’s just hope there’s some “half-way bridges” out there for trolls who are reformed and have seen the light. It’s “for the children” and “change we can believe in” all rolled into one.
Why does it cost $400.00 for an abortion if they have $300,000,000 of tax payer money?Where does the money go?
emjem,
You are one sick puppy and I love ya!
The one with the two kids being punished - Glowbama?
Sorry. The one being punished with two kids…

I know someone who works in PP fundraising. Full disclosure: I have not contributed to PP, but have contributed to NARAL, though not recently.
On the subject of Republican black voter suppression, Karl Rove paid black ministers to give incorrect voting information (just one example). If you’re a political junkie, you’re supposed to keep up with this stuff, just like I know the wingnut theories about Vince Foster.
Well, as long as you’ve issued a statement…
Rusty, calling lgm a little girly man is not ad ad hominem attack. It is what he is. Everytime he makes some statement, such as the GOP has a fund that is designed to squelch the black vote, and someone calls him on it he runs and hides. That is definitely girly man. I guess he just leaves it up to you to defend him. Are you guys “close”.
The troll gets dumber all the time. If you need voting information, and you ask a minister, rather than the registrar of voters, you need more help than either can provide.
I worked with Roz Udow (at the Natl Coalition Against Censorship), who worked for making abortion legal in NY (she worked for Planned Parenthood). I’ll never forget the day she told us, that some people support PP and abortion because they want the ‘right’ people to be aborted. She didn’t like it, but it was accepted. I couldn’t believeit. It was an eary lesson for me (a reformed liberal).
lgm = delusional
#66 Dimsdale:
Thanks for the info.
So, Finneran got his J.D. in 1978, and became an elected politican in 1979, and has remained one since.
By my math, that means he could have had a real job (since law schoool, that is) for ONE year max…correct?
lgm says:
Who did Karl Rove pay? Who is the source of this information and is this anything more than another of your brain farts.
First point: True. PP does not earmark money, it only says it will! They will basically say anything to get their hands on the money. Bottomline, the more money taken it, the more babies can be taken out. So, yeah, true!
Second point: I’m going to us lgm style on this one…oh, yeah, well, there’s all kinds of proof that the DNC provides funding for false voter registration, which includes registering dead people, and tearing up Republican registration cards.
Wait I’m confused. Isn’t this the real purpose of PP started by the racsit Stanger to do this very thing?
Umm, because abortion kills babies. Period. Black, white, brown, red, purple, green, whatever.
And I said it was another reason why - not the only, or exclusive reason why.
Nice how you cherry picked that statement though and didn’t address the statement that the idiots that think abortion is some kind of plot to rid the world of black people seem to almost exclusively reside on the liberal side of the aisle.
Which is more rational, TOS? Opposing abortion for the reason that it kills babies - period, or opposing abortion because it’s a plot to rid the world of black people?
The comment was meant to provoke thought on rational thinking processes. Guess in your case, it missed the point.
xler8,
Yes but the liberal apologist and aptly named littlegirlyman is trying to defend PP and act as if this is just a VRWC to mislabel PP.
1. Fundraising is not the same thing as policy making. Fundraising is only one part of the expenditure of any non-profit (or how said organization makes its money). Unless you have seen the “actual” expendature reports/statistics I wouldn’t believe anything any fundraiser had to say. They’re involved in only one aspect. Who’s to say another fundraiser (that you’re not acquainted with) would make such a bigoted choice?
2. I’m sure you have a link to such a half-baked theory, right? Since Karl Rove seems to be the evil genius that Dems wished they had (or is that Howard Dean?), then of course they will talk smack about somebody who gave ‘em a thumpin’. I don’t subscribe to crackpot theories like you do.
And how do you know that the “theories” aren’t correct about Vince Foster? Do you have evidence or a link to prove otherwise?
30 pcs.
So true!
Planned Parenthood is just showing it’s true roots. Margaret Sanger started her birth control clinics in poor neighborhoods (mostly black) to “weed out” the poor in society (her choice of words, not mine). She was a huge proponent of eugenics, and openly praised the use of eugenics to create a better society. She was a wicked racist who hated the poor and the weak.
So, knowing this about the very founder of PP (Margaret Sanger wrote a very revealing auto-biography before her death), why is anyone surprised? Is it not congruent for them to practice their philosophy — and this is their philosophy whether or not they want to openly own it does not negate the truth.
So, here is how it works. lgm posts this stuff a MM.com and heads over to DKOS where he posts as “mgl”. Then he says, “they even believe it at MM.com and here is the proof” and provides a link to his own statement.
Sadly and all to often, he gets away with it.
To say nothing about that incredibly long list of other people who knew things about Bill and his cronies who committed “suicide”. (teenage boys who eveidently decided to lie down on a train track under a tarp after they were dead; Bills bodyguard/pimp - his ex and her new boyfriend both committed Arcancide…long list…)
government drone,
You still did not explain the connection (possibly because it doesn’t make sense)? Opposing abortion for the reason that it kills babies is a fair reason, opposing abortion because it’s a plot to rid the world of black people is a fair reason (if that is what one truly believes).
Also, please note in my original post I said “a reason” not “the only, or exclusive reason”. Before you start casting aspersion about my sentiment, you should probably actually read and comprehend it.
Um, care to tell me why you targeted me?
I was right, the littlegirlyman did look like picture C on the thread yesterday about the communist art teacher.
You think?
You have yet to comprehend what my point was with that post.
TOS, it seems that trying to have discussions with you is fruitless. You constantly take a contrarian view, just to do take a contrarian view.
It reminds me of the Monty Python sketch where the man pays to have an argument, and all he gets for his money is a man saying “no it isn’t” to everything he says.
No thanks TOS. I don’t want to play that game.
Translation: You can’t explain the connection you stated.
btw, understood your point fine, just didn’t understand the connection you were trying to make. So I take an opposing view on a certain issue and asked you to qualify a statement, is that not fair? Then why insult my character and intellect? I wasn’t trying to be contrarian, just wanted to understand that statement, as it did not make sense to me, and it appears in hindsight that you are realizing your faux pas.

Good one!
As I remember, Michael Palin walks into the wrong (argument) room; he had paid for something else.
Anyway, John Cleese keeps contradicting a bewildered Palin; finally, Cleese explains that this room is for an argument.
To which Palin says, that this was no argument, that this is simply contradiction; to which Cleese in turn replies…”No, it isn’t.”
Classic.
Thanks for the yucks!
Many of you know all about people the Clintons have had killed and all the ways Al Gore faked his military record all the places Saddam is still hiding his WMDs, and dozens of other theories credible people (Democrat or Republican or whatever) won’t touch.
The least you could do is to know a little about the other side — Karl Rove as evil genius, voter suppression, …
lgm, as a teacher you should know that Wikipedia is in no way shape or form a credible source
Weren’t you the one who didn’t have a problem with trolls coming on here and putting forth “good arguments?” Please correct me if I’m wrong. You weren’t targeted, per se, you were used as an example.
I could care less if you tolerate trolls. It’s when they run havoc all over the place and hijack the blog that become the source of members’ disatisfaction and discontent.
If you ignore them they become as irrelevant as their comments are!
Whatever helps you sleep at night.
If I remember correctly, he paid for “abuse”.
Um… thanks for the link to the definition of voter suppression.
I don’t take kindly to you saying we are not credible people. You have no idea what the people here think about those theories and you seem to lump everyone who simply knows about any of these theories under a label of not credible. Additionally, I cannot understand why, if you consider us so lacking in credibility, you continue to read and comment here. I’m not saying you shouldn’t be able to, I just don’t understand why you do.
Unless I missed something, your link was to a wikipedia entry on voter suppression, which did not mention Rove… And, your story about Rove doesn’t seem to be evidence of your original claim about Republicans making a practice of allocating money for reduction of black voter turnout.
Then, gosh, lgm, organizations like Media Matters and Moveon, sites like HuffPo and DailyKos, especially dedicated to far-left hysterical, BDS blathering wouldn’t exist, now would they? Name me one reputed Republican website that airs crackpot theories? Just one…
I’ve walked it, lgm. I’m intimately acquainted with the “dark side.” I’ve even dated it. The least you could do is stop blathering on like we’re not aware (I wish were weren’t) of what the lefties think up as good comedy. Too bad such tactics just divide, misinform, etc. As to your link… could you come up with something a little bit more original than Wikipedia? That’s an 8th grade student old reliable, and as a teacher, I never took sourcing from that site. C’mon, the internet is at your disposal, lgm… try again.
Nope, RR you didn’t miss anything. Nothing about Rove paying black ministers to supress the black vote. Nothing about Rove, period.
Also, I didn’t spot anything about Rove on any of the wiki entries linked to that page.
Strike 3, lgm. Better luck on your next at-bat.
Unfortunately, there are people on this blog that will “provide discourse” with them. Believe me, I find them irrelevant most of the time. However, when they blather on and try to reinforce misinformation or stereotypes, they will be challenged. That is all.
Your point is well-taken. Lgm and Rusty seem to think that political persuasions never evolve or change. I guess if they didn’t we wouldn’t have a McCain, Clinton, Obummer running in the presidential race, now would we?
You have me confused with graysonret. I responded to his post stating what annoyed me about some posters on this site. Link
Having a different opinion doesn’t make someone a Troll. Seeking to redirect the conversation to something other than what the original post was about does.
I pointed out what we have been seeing the past couple of weeks that typifies this behavior and annoys me.
Fair, but since my handle was the only one mentioned, I took special notice, especially since I believe I was misunderstood.
I agree. If you take a moment to re-read what I said, I believe it’s the same sentiment.
My point about Rusty specifically is that there have been cases where there has been some good discussion where both sides have stuck to decent behavior and decorum.
lgm seems to be a different breed.
Just because they’re both liberals doesn’t mean that I would put them in the same category.

I think you got it!
Bingo!
I don”t have a dog in this fight but what about Free Republic?
From your source:
In the United States, voter suppression was used extensively in some Southern states until the Voting Rights Act (1965) made most disenfranchisement and voting qualifications illegal. Traditional voter suppression tactics included the institution of poll taxes and literacy tests, aimed at suppressing the votes of African Americans and working class white voters.
And if you were a history teacher you would know it was the Democrats that did this to the African Americans.
SOURCE
SOURCE There is a DVD if you ca’t read.
But why let the facts ruin your perfect record of being an idiot?
From what I have seen historically, we’re typically on the same ideological side.
What I do not understand is how you classify your postings as any different than my own with the possible exception of the specific reference. (And I say this without any malice.)
We (general we) can also respectfully disagree with differing opinions (that are not by their nature meant to just be controversial) without resorting to personal attacks, right? This is what I took from graysonet’s posting; however, my response was actually a rebuttal to his on the point of real trolling, not just a blind agreement.
Bottom line, I’m happy to respond to things addressed to me here here and would appreciate it greatly (and I mean that sincerely) if you directed those comments to me. I hadn’t had an opportunity to read what you had written on the other post yet, so it seemed a bit odd to see you asking Soap to explain something to me here, especially when I was complaining about more or less the same thing.
PS> I apologize to all for trolling a bit here myself in responding. Will happily take it off line if there is more to be said on this.
I’m a credible person. Really.
No he didn’t.
I’ve heard of this site but have had little interaction with it. Just as the Dems can’t control those of the far-left, the same holds true with Republicans. I do think that there are more “unhinge
